It is going to take more effort to get this simple blog off the ground than I expected. I’m not looking to do anything to fancy, I just need an organized space to gather content that’s sitting scattered across the cosmos. My initial goals are to:
- Create a site to publish chapters of three writing projects that have been languishing for years. I want to do this in order to force myself to continue with them, and maybe a little feedback will help motivate me
- Comment on news that I find interesting and maybe share a few memes
- Have place to publish reviews for movies, restaurants and products.
I’d like to have each project have a separate page within the site, while the main page just serves as a scrolling train of thought to all the random-ass stuff I come across. Better to clutter a website than my own head.
Goals for the site for this week: Change this template and add some functionality. Add some photos and give it a more welcoming look.
